Guarantee

PROTECTION

This guarantee is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser. Products not bought as new or from us are explicitly excluded from this guarantee.

We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the product or its purchase. Our liability is limited to the product itself. We do not cover any losses or costs arising from third-party or customer profit loss, or any indirect costs or losses, regardless of how they occur.

Guarantee LIMITATIONS

We do not provide a guarantee for pre-installed software, including its quality, performance, functionality, or compatibility with specific purposes. We do not guarantee that the software will meet particular requirements or that it will operate without interruption or errors. The product is sold "as is."

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this guarantee does not cover:

• normal wear and tear;
• damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or incorrect installation;
• damage or loss caused by excessive physical or electrical stress, such as moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage surges, extreme temperatures, shipping, or abnormal operating conditions;
• damage from natural disasters, including floods, storms, fires, and earthquakes;
• damage due to operator error or failure to follow instructions in the provided documentation;
• modifications by anyone other than us, our partners, or authorized service centers;
• products with software replaced or modified by unauthorized parties;
• counterfeit products;
• data loss due to compatibility issues with current or future operating systems, software, or hardware;
• data loss caused by improper usage not recommended or allowed in the product documentation;
• product failures caused by using products not supplied by us;
• burnt hash boards or chips.

This guarantee provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under local laws, which can vary by country. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Guarantee SERVICE & Returns

During the guarantee period, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace a defective product with an identical or similar (e.g., newer) version, unless the defect falls under the guarantee limitations. Repairs are free of charge for parts, components, and labor needed to restore the product to proper working condition, provided the unit is returned undamaged and shipping is prepaid, including insurance, to our service facility.

The costs associated with returning the product, part, or component to our service facility are the responsibility of the product owner. If the product is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipping.

Guarantee Period for all Miners

All mining products come with a 180-day guarantee. Some products might have an SN code indicating a different guarantee period.

The purchaser is responsible for transportation costs and any other costs related to returning a product. We will only cover the cost of sending a new product back to the purchaser.

The repair time will depend on the type of issues encountered.
