Where do you ship the goods from?
All our miners are stored in warehouses located in Hong Kong, USA, and Estonia. We will select the appropriate shipping location based on your requirements.
How long will it take for an order to ship & delivery?
We process and ship orders within two business days. For items in stock, delivery times are 5-8 days: up to 5 days for Europe, the USA, and Canada, and up to 8 days for other countries.

Which country can we ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping, and for countries where customs clearance can be more challenging, such as Thailand or Russia, we provide double customs clearance and door-to-door service.
